On three sequester occasions the night Dana Clair Edwards is believed to have been strangled, a pure SUV similar to one owned by her ex-boyfriend pulled into her condominium complex, jurors saw Friday as the later week of testimony in Jon Thomas Ford 's murder trial concluded.
The grainy video, captured from a bank care camera across the street from the Gallery Court complex just facing Alamo Heights, also showed a figure walking into the housing occurrence's entrance.
Although barely discernable, San Antonio police Detective Leroy Carrion said the drift of's clothes matched a red shirt and vest that Ford was photographed wearing at a New Year's Eve social gathering with Edwards earlier that night.
But once again, testimony included the admission that investigators had exhausted evidence, this time about two hours of video from another camera.
Ford, 43, could dial up to life in prison if jurors find him guilty of killing Edwards, 32, in the primitive morning hours of Jan. 1, 2009.
