as a substitute for of attaching them to stockings? i just bought a really dulcet corset type thingy from vickys secret.. i never wore anything with garters before. (i indigence to "suprise" my man for v-day) i know that your technically reputed to wear them with thigh

The garters may be detachable - most Nautical bend by hooks through a loop in the corset.
While you can wear them loose, they look variety of silly. Try them with thigh highs that match the corset for most beneficent effect and "wow factor". Sketch B
