Banned Lara Stone Calvin Klein Ad

Lara Stone is in the expos today for despoliation. Okay, that’s enough sensationalism for now. The actress literally “stars” in a new Calvin Klein ad that got the ax from the Australian Standards Subsection. A 50′s-esque token of dark-and-drained photography depicts the boyish dream sandwiched between two fellas, who show up to be giving her what-for.

The ASB said, “The cabinet considered that whilst the act depicted could be consensual, the inclusive brunt and most seemly takeout is that the upset is suggestive of fierceness and despoilment. … It also demeans men by implying sexualised fierceness against women.” While Calvin Klein could not be reached for note, we can judge the attendance saying something like, “She had it coming.”

NYMag spoke to psychologist Alison Grundy regarding the pictures, and she seems to correspond that the pics are a bad awareness. “If we endure to open to unborn generations of under age men to…pugnacious, mysoginistic, over-sexualised and deleterious symbolism…we will endure to see the rates of sexy intensity against women and children that be prolonged unabated today. Or worse.”
