I know there are bra extenders, but are there bra tighteners?

I have recently irremediable some weight around my back so most of my bras no longer fit. However my cup size is the same and I don't want to have to renew all my bras. I was wondering if there was a quick and simple way of adjusting them from a 34g to a 32g.

The only trend I could suggest (depending on the design) is to fold over some of the fabric on the back and sew it down around the edges of the folded sections. This might give you a bit longer until you surely have to get new bras.
