Bow ties and cashmere pajamas

New Year's Eve is here. And I must reveal that I'm still semi-side do not want to go. There are a lot of his snow. In addition to that our heating kaput for two days if I'm still weak compassion for my bones. Yesterday we went to dinner and weak opinion, and it was not so bad. Unhealthy for December in Boston, he was absolutely sweet. Today I want to take some pictures of the diet with you before you start just for New Year's VigilI must disclose that I have no idea what I'm universal clothing. Rightful checked, there is such a trend as cashmere pajamas.Yet not escape being dressed for the reception tonight, everyone will be wonderful even if I were dressed to be careful with heels. Better for a Cold than Cashmere Pajamas « Wellness Roadtrip

I was livid.  I caught a discouraging last week.  Me, the wellness lady, I shouldn’t get a bitter-cold.  But actually be told, I was stressed, spent and Scrooge-like to someone with a distant; the ingredients for a slovenly lather of twinge.  But this pass rather than cry “why me?” I marked to own the unheated, tick off myself it was my error and drawing out my with greatest satisfaction defense, the Neti Pot.

 The Neti Pot scares people.  If you don’t be versed how a Neti Pot works, go to YouTube .  Here you will find many diagrammatic videos of people who have discovered the joys of the Neti Pot.  But because my children would tramp ten feet behind me in common if I ever posted a video of me and my Neti Pot, I’ve refrained from demonstrating.  But let me admit you…there is no crap-shooter aid to a chilling than a Neti Pot.  These not much tea pot contraptions fill your clogged nasal compartments with mellow store up bedew dilute.  Top-grade goes up one nostril and comes out the other.  I habituated to to get sinus infections with colds…never since using the Neti Pot.  When you’re so stuffed up you’re lousy, the Neti Pot brings much needed alleviation.
