Sock Monkey Pajamas - Women Paradise

Does anyone know where I can get a pajama doll? Similar to a sock monkey with zipper to store pjs and puff up?

My grandmother told me about this. Crocheted eyes, chain together a follow neck, simple construction and opens to store your scrap-ones pjs that makes the stomach puff up.

I haven't seen one of these in ages!
I'm appealing sure the only ones you'll find these days are either at Toys R Us or homemade.
Peradventure you could find a pattern online?
